It’s been a while since we have had a website up and running and it’s been on our to-do list for quite some time, but with the centre growing fast and people in need every day we never got around to it.
Thankfully, we have been blessed by two volunteers who offered to build this site for us to give us an online presence again and help anyone who needs us or wants to help us to find us and get in touch.
We also have a dedicated Facebook page for the centre where we will post all our latest news of what’s happening at the Centre and in times of need, we will post requests for emergency supplies and volunteers. In the coming weeks, we will create an online form to capture any details of people who would like to register as a volunteer. In the meantime, please contact us on the details below.
Another feature of this website we are very excited to be creating for you is the Stories of Blacktown. On this blog, we will share with you the stories of what happens here at the Centre so you can gain a better understanding of exactly what we do and how we help our local community. All stories will be snippets of how we help our clients, volunteers in the Centre and out in the community, and much more. If you have a story of how we have helped you or your involvement with us in the past and present, we would love you to share it with us by email.
